After design completion, we send you the design draft for confirmation.Production starts only after your approval.

How long does it take to process my order?
Once you place your order, our team will start designing your one-of-a-kind figure within 24 hours — because you deserve something made just for you.
The 3D modeling magic takes around 3–5 days, and once it's perfect, production will take another 2–3 days.
In total, your figure will be ready in about 5–9 days.
After that, it’ll be carefully packed and shipped from China straight to your doorstep. Shipping usually takes 7–15 days, depending on where in the world you are. (Good things are worth the wait!)

We use photopolymer resin with UV-curing technology:

- Color accuracy note: As stated above, physical products have slightly softer colors than digital designs
- Secure packaging: Eco-materials used for maximum transport protection
- Damage resolution: We remake damaged items upon receiving:
Evidence of shipping damage (e.g. unboxing video)
Pro tip: Film unboxing if the parcel appears damaged!
