As we provide you with customised items, once you have submitted your order we will start the design process, which is usually completed within 24 hours, after which production will take place. If you are sure you want to cancel your order, please request a cancellation within 24 hours, after which the order cannot be cancelled. If you have seen a ModiPop product on social media or in our lookbook that is of interest to you and you cannot find it on our shop, it means the product has sold out.
What should I do if the product I want is unavailable?
Products frequently asked may be back in stock in the future so feel free to email with your concerns.

Please contact modipop_service@outook.com for return or exchange. Every item is carefully made, and will be thoroughly checked before shipping. Measurements, material, and photos are all listed in descriptions of every item to ensure the item is being represented fully.
Handmade items may have slight imperfections, please appreciate these items for their character.
What’s the delivery timing?
As we provide you with customised products, after your order is generated, we will complete the production within 7-10 working days and send it to you via international courier, the shipping time is usually 7-10 working days.
