How long does it take to process my order?
Once you place your order, our team will start designing your one-of-a-kind figure within 24 hours — because you deserve something made just for you.
The 3D modeling magic takes around 3–5 days, and once it's perfect, production will take another 2–3 days.
In total, your figure will be ready in about 5–9 days.
After that, it’ll be carefully packed and shipped from China straight to your doorstep. Shipping usually takes 7–15 days, depending on where in the world you are. (Good things are worth the wait!)

Absolutely! We ship to most countries worldwide, bringing your custom figure right to you — no matter where you call home.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours for a full refund — no hard feelings.
If your figure arrives damaged or with quality issues, don’t worry — just let us know within 24 hours.
Please send us a few photos, and we’ll review everything carefully.
Once approved, you can return the figure (returns must be via post office or registered mail; any taxes are the customer's responsibility), and we'll refund you once it’s safely back in our hands.
Exchanging Orders (Before Shipment):
Orders within 12 hours are eligible for a free exchange.
Orders between 12–24 hours can be exchanged with a $5 handling fee.
No exchanges after 24 hours — your figure is already being crafted with love!

Our figures are crafted with heart and detail, available in sizes from 6 cm to 12 cm (approximately 2.4'' to 4.7'').
